Full Complaint:
I had an issue of fraud checks being posted to my bank account and was not knowledgeable on how to go about the process of clearing things up. I am now aware of the steps to go about getting a proper investigation on this incident and I cant get any direction on who to contact from the financial institution. They dont have much documentation anymore about the case and Im on hold with customer service all day long while they continue to look for more info I would like to clear up the issue to be able to bank with this institution again as a US Veteran, but I am given the run around while I really appreciate all this institution does for service members.
