At this time more than 30 days has passed and I have yet to receive a reply or correction on my credit reports. I have contacted all 3 major credit bureaus to correct and they claim you have verified the information but have yet to send any proof of my consent to these accounts.

On XX/XX/XXXX i was contacted by a scamer. thru his process i made the mistake of opening my account. when i realized this was a scam. i called usaa to freeze my accounts. i needed to stop payment on my accounts. i spoke with XXXX who refused to do that.. instead she wastes time changeing my account security. when she should have froze my accounts first and then changed the security on my accounts. by doing this she bought the scammer time. when she finished with me she did not report the scam. i had to call again to stop payment on my accounts. this got the scammer more time to scam my accounts. if usaa would have co operated with me there would have been a different outcom. i never received a copy of any dod when i opened the savings account. t have had a checking account with this bank since 2015 and never was made aware of any dod.evidence shows XXXX did not follow the proper protocal. i need the XXXX back in my savings account.

I was unknowingly redirected while attempting to get a quote for car insurance on the USAA website. Redirected to a fraudulent scammer who now has some of my personal information and my voice, because they immediately called me, the first I declined and before I could put my phone down they called again, and I said, ” It looks like this is a fraudulent website, not USAA, do not call me again, put me on your ‘Do Not Call ‘ list. ” But I wanted to report them! The phone numbers were made to look like they were coming from where I live, using my area code. The numbers the called me from are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. ( XXXX ) XXXX. This happened XX/XX/2020 XXXX They are harassing me, after I told them to put me on their do not all list, but I guess scammers don’t HAVE those, huh.
