I am a victim of Ideninity Theft. case # XXXX USAA provides me NO ADA ACCESS ON LINE or option of ACCESS. When I try to resolve Ideninity Theft by phone. I am sent to collections. When I ask for documentation of debt I am sent 1 ) MasterCard ending XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I do not recall ever having. Who ever did have data to this card CREDIT CARD DEBT STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS IN FLORIDA IS 4 YEARS This is a 6 year old credt card debt USAA ATTEMPTS TO COLLECT. 2 ) When I call to resolve I am sent to collections for a MasterCard XXXX DEBT DISCHARGED XX/XX/XXXX This debtor is no longer liable after XX/XX/XXXX AND THIS TOO IS PAST FLORDIA CREDITCARD COLLECTION STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS. When I call to resolve I am sent to collections on attatched 3 ) XX/XX/XXXX Collection Attempt on card ending XXXX I HAVE NEVER HAD There is never resolve with USAA and they break all laws.

Lender : USAA-XXXX XXXX XXXX Monthly Payment : XXXX My mortgage lender has refused credit card payment on my monthly mortgage payment. XXXX XXXX XXXX claims that I can’t pay debt with debt even though I payed all my credit cards and bills every month and the only actual debt I have is my mortgage. I am filing a complaint on their refusal to take my credit card payment and forced me to use my bank account to make a payment. Banks can’t denied a credit card payment from consumers, specially when my credit card allow me to make monthly mortgage payments.

Credit Card Fraud Claim Claim date XX/XX/XXXX says TEMPORARY CREDITS to your account in amount of {0.00} ( THE TEMPORARY CREDITS have been made PERMANET. ) XX/XX/XXXX Statement attatched show {0.00} TEMPORARY CREDITS they list as ADJUSTMENT PURCHASES ( beginning USAA fraud investigations ) And XX/XX/XXXX. Statement attatched TEMPORARY CREDITS listed as ADJUSTMENT PURCHASES show {.00}, XXXX total TEMPORARY CREDITS both months = {00.00} The CREDIT CARD FRAUD CLAIM letter claim date XX/XX/XXXX attatched shows {0.00} TEMPORARY CREDITS and {0.00} PERMANET CREDITS.
If TEMPORARY CREDITS MUST BE MADE PERMANET What will the PERMANET CREDIT APPEAR AS ON STATEMENTS? I’ve never seen any PERMANET CREDITS TEMPORARY ONES SAY ADJUSTMENT PURCHASES. WHAT DO PERMANET ONES SAY?
Please give dates of all PERMANET CREDITS. I am looking for {.00}, XXXX plus the {0.00} from XX/XX/XXXX Credit Card Fraud Claim letter.
I spoke with XXXX USAA REP today and asked How will I recognise PERMANET CREDITS? He said, they will be the TOTAL CREDITS FOR THIS PERIOD AMOUNT. XX/XX/XXXX that amount TOTAL CREDITS was only {0.00} which included my credit payment of {.00} and XX/XX/XXXX TOTAL CREDITS were only {0.00} There are NO USAA PERMANET CREDITS EVER ON MY ACCOUNT Where are the rest of credits due me?
USAA has KNOWN THIS IDENINTY THEFT I REPORTED AS SUCH XX/XX/XXXX USAA COLLECTION LETTER attatched I have never had a card ending XXXX AND USAA BREAKS THE LAW There are statues against collections of Ideninity Theft USAA THINKS THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW USAA OWES ME THE CREDTS NEVER MADE PERMANET They total. {.00}, XXXX USAA HAS KNOWN FOR 2 YEARS THIS IS IDENINITY THEFT USAA IS SUPPOSED TO BE ZERO LIABILITY I have been held liable for fraud 2 years

How will I recognize the {00.00} plus Temporary Credits Listed as Adjustment Purchases BE MADE PERMANET FOR THE IDENINITY THEFT ON MY ACCOUNT XXXX puts me on hold immeadetely after I waited 45 mins call is then dropped. I call back XXXX answers He is very annoyed with me calling I explain IF I WAS PROVIDED ACCESS ON LINE I would not need to call I ask WITH ADJUSTMENT PURCHASES BEING TEMPORARY USAA CREDITS What will the PERMANET USAA CREDITS list as SO I CAN FIND THEM ON MY STATEMENT XXXX answers he dies not know. I ask him to please find out He responds why You do not have an account with us. I ask Why are you harrassing me with attempts to collect? XXXX answers, I’m not trying to collect from you. XXXX ‘S LAST RESPONCE YOU BETTER GET AN ATTORNEY. USAA has been sent the Ideninity Theft Report THEY ARE AWARE BUT IGNORE. USAA NEVER ANSWERS WITH ANY PROOF TEMPORARY CREDITS WERE EVER MADE PERMANET Showing on my statements as PERMANET CREDITS. USAA ALSO HAS COPY OF CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION MAIL FRAUD NO DELIVERIES MADE

XX/XX/XXXX I went to my bank to pay my rent from my social security funds auto deposited {.00}, XXXX XXXX ** ALL FUNDS for survival WERE STOLEN BY USSA AND FUTURE SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS OF {.00}, XXXX OVETDRAFTING ME in XXXX XXXX XXXX. USAA put in an Electronic Payment ( * I have NO ACCESS ON LINE ) using my XXXX XXXX XXXX Data WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. They used my data I had used for previous payments when I did owe. THIS IS IDENINITY THEFT XXXX NOT OWED I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS IDENINITY THEFT DEBT IS NOT LEGAL TO COLLECT and Social Security funds are not allowed debt collection Humans have to live USAA IS ABOVE THE LAW CROOKS Area Aging DOJ will be here tomorrow. USAA does not care if elderly XXXX die from lack. USAA WAS FINED XXXX XX/XX/XXXX but do not care They have Not stopped stealing from consumers.

Full Complaint:
I defaulted on a credit card account with USAA Federal Savings Bank in connection with my divorce in XX/XX/XXXX. The account was charged off in XX/XX/XXXX, and I offered to settle with them in early XX/XX/XXXX but they rejected the offer. USAA-FSB continues to report this account as open and each month reports payments as more than 90 days late. This is a false report and is being done intentionally to inflict the worst possible adverse impact on my credit. I have contacted USAA FSB about this issue on no fewer than three occasions. They respond almost immediately ( apparently before even investigating ) and refuse each time to correct the entries.
