Requested APR to reflect the lower rate afforded to my military status in XX/XX/2019. The XXXX XXXX XXXX started XX/XX/2019. Under the SCRA the APR should be 6 % not 18.33 % I was being charged. After 6 calls over 4 months there was no resolution and no explanation why it has not been processed.
