My husband wrote a check for {00.00} for our rent as we do every single month, which was dated for XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020, our bank ( USAA ) took out {00.00} from our account. When I tried to pay for my childs school lunch, the payment wouldnt go through because of insufficient funds. When my husband asked the bank for our funds back, they told us they would need to investigate it and we would not receive a reimbursement until it was complete. When my husband asked how our children would eat at school if we arent able to pay for school lunch, he was told to just use a credit card, like it was no big deal. They said they wouldnt reimburse us for any late fees, insufficient funds fees, or interest accrued from any credit card we may need to use. Not only had the bank hung up on us previous to this final conversation, we were blown off and basically told to deal with it when we asked for our money back. So we now have no money, and Im not confident the bank is even investigating this matter. The customer service Rep said it was the fault of the other bank so nothing could be done to help us in the meantime

On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX I have contacted USAA about billing statement, payment, and Date of First Delinquency issues.
First billing statements are missing the year of XXXX, which I believe is the start of the date of the first delinquency.
Second payment history, I can not see when a payment was made by whom, or where it came from.
Date of first Delinquency keeps changing, between credit bureau and USAA.
In addition to this my debt was forgiven in XXXX tax year. 7 years after the original charge off date. See attached.

Over the last ten years, USAA bank has reduced auto pay based on additional payment. The process of increasing my credit limit and fix auto-pay to keep balances high has cost me thousands. The system does not allow me to pay an additional payment and use auto-pay without reducing the auto-pay amount. The company would not allow that.
Bank also, changed my credit card to visa dropping my credit rating and impacting insurance.
The company states it too confusing to provide a principle payment option to pay the bill.
Also, the company increased my credit limit without me asking.

XX/XX/XXXX I am still trying to resolve fraud from XX/XX/XXXX. I have no on line access due to a XXXX XXXX. Phone reps refuse to speak with me on fraud so old. See attatched. ( Just Learned ) XX/XX/XXXX CREDIT CARD FRAUD CLAIM Claim date XX/XX/XXXX. A year 1/2 Later I am told ** Adjustment Purchases Temporary Credits MUST BE ( MADE PERMANET ) to apply. See attatched Adjustment Purchases XX/XX/XXXX Temporary Credits NOT MADE PERMANET YET. USAA uses every Adjustment Purchase Temporary Credit NOT MADE PERMANET yet to ** Create CREDIT REVERSALS.If USAA credit not given how can they use that as a 2nd credit to CREATE CREDIT REVERSALS and an additional new purchase charge? XX/XX/XXXX Statements Lists {.00}, XXXX CREDITS NEVER APPLIED they are all credit reversals. Total credits XX/XX/XXXX were {0.00} and SOMEHOW THEY TURN INTO CREDIT REVERSALS AS WELL when merchants just paid. I have fought this for over 2 years now. I do Not believe this is ERROR. I believe it is done to AVOID PAYING FOR FRAUD and MAKING DOUBLE PROFITS charging 2Xs. It has gone on too long to be a mistake.

XX/XX/XXXX I spoke to XXXX requesting XXXX XXXX Data used to pay my creditcard be removed. I would Not be paying on Ideninity Theft Unresolved Fraud Anymore. I have submitted Over {.00}, XXXX FRAUD reports to USAA. USAA HAS NEVER CREDITED THE FRAUD so I stopped paying on it. Frauds Not Resolved are : XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX XXXX charges total {0.00} XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. All XX/XX/XXXX XXXX charges total {0.00}. USAA used my XXXX XXXX Data prior to removing it making a {.00}, XXXX PAYMENT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. This caused {00.00} OVERDRAFTS of social security funds to live off of for the next 3 months USAA STOLE MONEY NOT OWED ( fraud ) leaving me liable for fraud and no money to pay rent or buy food.
