Hello to whom it may concern my name is XXXX XXXX and I was giving fraudulent checks to mobile deposit in my account in exchange to help pay for stock and for me to keep the remaining money left over from the stock payment. I was dating name XXXX XXXX Gave me fraudulent checks to mobile deposit and when the checks were deposited Mobile. the check cleared and it became available instantly. The signature on the check is not mine .I did not know that the bank would clear a check that I did not a have the money to cover and did not wait 24 hours to deposit. I called the bank Monday, XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX XXXX to ask if the check cleared and if the money was really there and I was assured that everything was OK. XXXX XXXX had access to my phone and sent the money that was deposited via mobile checking app, to what I thought was stock market but sent it out to people on XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX and XXXX. The bank did not catch the fraudulent charges until all four of the checks cleared totaling 8000+ dollars. I have not spent the remaining amount of money of 2000 almost {00.00} so is there anything anybody can do to help me I dont have the money to pay back {00.00}. Im a single mother and I work for myself I have never made such a large deposit is there anything anybody can do to help me catch the people involved in this.Now the bank is also saying Im involved in first party Fraud and I cant get a hold of anybody to explain to me what that exactly means and what are my options.

XX/XX/20 closed the account. eight operators or more later from USAA all expressing different thoughts, a US XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran trying to redeem my rewards back. I was informed I can not get the whole amount due to many different reasons depending on which operator I spoke to. I have XXXX issues and hard time speaking. My daughter called and tried to help me, this company USAA claim to help the veteran be all about the veteran etc. etc. they are the worst company to help a veteran in this world. the interest rate was out of this world. they did nothing for me in years I had the card and upon closing wouldn’t help redeem full value of redemption.

On XX/XX/XXXX I purchased from XXXX a laser with the ability to actually burn items. When I received the item, the item was not capable as advertised on their website. Turns out it was fraud and false advertising with multiple complaints online from people duped into believing the device was capable of actually acting like a torch. I submitted my dispute with USAA along with evidence ; according to their research which they will not share with me, they determined the charge was valid. I see no evidence that any sort of investigation was performed. I was told to submit a letter explaining why as an attachment but I already submitted my dispute within the text field when I originally filed my dispute.
When I spoke with the MSR on XX/XX/XXXX ; she told me she did not have access to see the original text from my dispute and only the attachments thus creating more work when I already explained why I was disputing it.
She recommended me sending a letter to dispute it again via mail. Not sure why I would want to do that when I already did it online. Submitting it via mail would only add to further expenses on me for already being defrauded by this company.
