Recently last year I was XXXX from my job and was XXXX for seven months straight. I During this period i was XXXX for three months and had no money/income coming in to pay anything. I got behind on this credit card and they closed my account and charged off the debt.The amount that is now owed is {000.00} and that is due to the excessive interest they continued to charge me after i told them i could not afford to pay them because of my recent XXXX job.I was put in a hard place and i dont feel like they were trying to work with me.

On Sunday Night, my access to USAA was suddenly frozen, I was kindly ask to submit identification documents and I did. On monday in the day I was told everything was restored and I was able to access my accounts again.
Not even 10 hours later – I am trying to buy groceries for my family, and my access is restricted again.
I call and get an extremely rude agent who said I cant have my money for 60 days and that theyre closing my account ; and theres nobody I can speak to.
Ive been a loyal USAA member, no overdraws never missed a credit card or insurance payment.
Being a physician and working during this COVID-19 crisis I can not be working these long hours and dealing with banking issues at no fault of my own. I also need access to my money.

On XX/XX/2020 I mailed 2 separate checks to USAA Savings Bank : a {.00} check for payment on one credit card and an {.00} check for payment on another credit card. These 2 checks total {0.00}. The bank erroneously applied {0.00} to one of the credit cards. The bank negligently did not apply the {.00} to the other credit card.

I reserved a trip with XXXX for a trip in XX/XX/2020. They took payments out of my account on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {0.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXX stating all trips have been canceled and I must contact bank for refunds. Company stated they would not be able to issue any refunds. I contacted bank to dispute the 4 transactions after trying to reach company with no luck. No answers from phone call and no return phone calls. USAA said they cant refund me and I must contact the merchant. However the merchant cant be reached and I was informed to contact my bank. Please help.
