I have had four NSF fees of {.00} charged to my account. Two on XXXX, the third on XXXX and the fourth on XXXX. All of these fees were from my account going into overdraft ; however, poor money management and budgeting were not the reason why. All four of these fees were from my account going into overdraft because of other, outside companies, incorrectly charging me. My bank, USAA, will not return the fees and refuse to do anything about the situation even though their fees were often the cause of the overdraft etc.

I have 2 friends that created their own training company. I want to purchase their 1 year annual reoccurring membership. XXXX and USAA and the federal government have tagged my account to be unable to participate in lawful training. This is a violation of the first amendment for association. Violates my rights to educate myself and stay current in my profession. Im a currently serving honorable serving XXXX. This is a violation of my rights to due process! I havent been convicted of any crime. I want to receive damages for the violation of my rights! The Constitutional rights is being violated. In the summer of 2018 I received an email from USAA, my credit card company stating there had been a change completed to my account. Once I logged on, the company had reduced my credit limit from {000.00} to {00.00}. They said they ran a random check of my credit report and lowered based on the score. Now, this is not a brand new card. I’ve had and used this credit card my entire adult life … Well over 30 years. I never have had my credit lowered by any company. In addition, I know I had taken a hit on my credit score so I wanted to improve my income to debt ratio. I paid off my entire balance with USAA in 2018. My balance was approximately {000.00}. Due to the company lowering my credit limit, it lowered my credit score drastically. Thus, as I have been actively working to improve my credit score, USAA continues to thwart my efforts by lowering my credit limit. It completely affected my income to debt ratio, which is why I paid off the debt completely. I could still be running a balance with USAA and they would not have touched my credit limit.
I believe USAA is manipulating it’s credit to it’s members. I had USAA for my homeowners insurance and I dropped their coverage. Shortly after this, they lowered my credit limit.
Since my credit limit was lowered by over {000.00}, I’ve had to work to try to improve my income to debt ratio. {00.00} was not much for me to use. I have newer cards where I was automatically given a {00.00} credit limit. Twice as much as USAA authorized for a 30 year member. It was improving my income to debt ratio.
This weekend, USAA continues their deliberate attacks upon my credit again by lowering my credit limit to just {0.00}. This time it is for non-use of the card. This is ridiculous. I’ve been with them for over 30 years. It’s probably been close to a decade or longer where I had a late payment. I still have their auto insurance. My payments with my other accounts are on time.
Actually, my payments to all of my accounts are listed as 99 % on time.

I have a checking account in Usaa Federal Savings bank. Someone is attempting defraud me by submitting a W9 form which doesnt allow me to access my checking account information using the USAA mobile app. It stops me from seeing my checking account on the mobile act. The USAA isnt a law enforcement agency. It is blocking me from access to my account. I have contacted them and notified them they are denying my access. They wont provide me information. They should be held liable for their actions acting in a manor contrary to the law. I would like copies of who submitted such a request and what funds they are inquiring about. Someone is attempting fraud upon me. USAA is acting as an agent and should be held capable. They have recorded audio calls where I have verified my identity and they recognize me as XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have a right to due process yet they continue with this illegal and unlawful behavior!
