I have an account with USAA and they have decided to end my banking relationship with them because of another non-bank related product issue. They were to close my account within 30 days of XX/XX/2020. As of today, XX/XX/2020 and being physically here at the branch in XXXX XXXX to withdraw my funds I am being told I still have to wait. My bills and other obligations have now gone seriously delinquent and may cause me to get evicted and Utlilities terminates because I can not access my funds.

In early XXXX late XX/XX/2019 I had closed my secured credit account with the help of an USAA teammember. This was during the California fires and the secured card which was connected to a CD that was already done. She said lets close this and see if you have any refund that can help you get your funds back from your deposits. She said that it was nothing extra so she just closed the account and offered other services. I didnt owe them anything because it was always based on my deposit amount.

In XXXX of XXXX, Usaa bank and their ” perferred partner ” XXXX XXXX XXXX pushed through a loan on a truck that was falsely advertised and in the contract was stated as a limited when it is infact not. The original loan assessor had declined the loan stating the vehicle was not at value and did not have advertised items. After 24 hours and a conversation I was not priviledge to the loan officer and the sales associates came to an agreement and the loan was granted. I became extremely skeptical about this but a new loan officer was attached to my account and I was sold a truck that is not what the sales company stated it was inorder to get the loan approved I believe the loan officer and the salesman came to an arrangement on the contract allowing it to go through. The truck is worth maybe 2500 in current condition and I am stuck with a XXXX loan. This loan was based on the trucks condition of good or very good when at best its poor. Stated there would be a new timing belt which couldnt be verified due to replacement sticker not being on case and without opening the case I’m having to trust their word. The lift was done incorrectly the power steering rack doesnt operate correctly, does not run perfectly, had tears in seatbelts, there isnt a tow package on the vehicle which was stated in thr loan, non alloy wheels, no bluetooth XXXX, and basically 80 % of the actual advertised truck condition was a lie.I tried asking what changed and why they approved the loan when I realized they forged documentation stating the truck was limited and it most certainly isnt. I havent been able to get either company to take responsibility and they both stated to take them to court.

This complanit is about how upset and concerned I feel about not receiving anu response from USAA Savings Bank. Back on XXXX, I sent them a dispute letter with all the proper documentation. I havent received any response or acknowledgment of my dispute.

The involved accounts are : 1 ) account # XXXX, opened date XX/XX/XXXX original balance {00.00}. 2 ) account # XXXX, opened date XX/XX/XXXX, credit limit {000.00}.

USAA is being negligent, unfair, and has committed some other violations to the FCRA, such as inconsistent credit reporting across bureaus, and reporting inomplete information. They have also failed to do the propeer investigation on this case, which looks like is not even a case for them.

I am demanding the removal of the mentioned accounts.

I have contacted USAA and with no resolution. I have also filed a previous complaint with CFPB and in return, USAA continues to call me 3-4 times a day harassing me with voicemails. I have spoke to several representatives from USAA and again, with no resolution, they keep telling me that theres nothing they can do, but yet continue to harass me several times a day with phone calls and voicemails. When I spoke with them, all they did was look for reasons to disregard the financial issues that took place, as well as the worldwide pandemic ( COVID-19 ) that also caused so many people to lose their jobs, including myself. Their complete disregard for these matters and continuance of trying to collect payments is inexcusable. Not only do they harass me with their phone calls, but the damage to my credit report is irreversible, the damage has been done, and further action needs to be taken.

On XX/XX/XXXX my USAA checking and savings account was hacked and {0.00} was taken out via a XXXX transaction. The individual also attempted to open a credit card in our name but was denied. We discovered the issue within hours and called USAA to report it. The next day I was sent a message saying that no fraudulent activity was discovered and my claim was denied. I called back and asked for more information but was told I would have to have the fraud analyst call me within 3-5 business days. I never received a call and everytime I call USAA back they cant explain why no one has called me back and they tell they will resubmit the request and to wait another 3-5 business days. We have never used XXXX with USAA and did not authorize the transfer or attempt to open a credit card.

As of XX/XX/XXXX we have no explanation of why the claim was denied and no recourse to take with USAA. The electronic fund transfer act clearly states that we are not liable for the loss of these funds. USAA will not explain their decision to us so far.
