USAA IS IN VIOLATION OF LAW. USAA APPLIED ( 0 ) zero NO TEMPORARY USAA CREDITS TO MAKE PERMANET. See attatched XX/XX/XXXX CREDIT CARD FRAUD CLAIN DATE XX/XX/XXXX UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS {0.00} CLAIMING TEMPORARY CREDITS MADE PERMANET. ( I have complained for XXXX XXXX years NO CREDITS WERE PROVIDED. ) See attatched USAA REVIEW OF YOUR CLAIM COMPLETE XX/XX/XXXX XXXX NO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY FOUND.
USAA STILL HAS NOT PROVIDED THESE PERMANET CREDITS. Per statutes Fraud BY LAW MUST BE RESOVED IN ( 2 ) Two Billing Periods. THE LAW IS VERY CLEAR. USAA IS IN VIOLATION OF FAIR CREDIT ACT LAWS.

I received a text from USAA concerning fraud on my debit card. A couple of charges were for XXXX and of course I did not authorize any charges of XXXX. USAA never informed me they turned off my card even when I was on the phone with them. Great customer service. Now I am having any charges and automatic payments failing. I called them and keep having to push several buttons and end up in the wrong departments. The people running USAA claim they are for veterans. I see no indication of this and they are a bunch of idiots.

On XX/XX/2020 XXXX XXXX charged my USAA credit card for {00.00} for a cruise departing from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2020. XXXX cancelled the cruise due to the virus. They offered two options for reimbursement and I selected the option giving me 25 % future cruise credit and 100 % refund. They acknowledged my selection via email on XX/XX/2020. My booking number is XXXX. On XX/XX/2020 I called XXXX inquiring about the refund. I talked to a XXXX XXXX and she said within 60 days I will receive my refund. I have called back a number of times and unable to receive any specific information other than they are working on the refunds. Now it is almost 90 days and still waiting for the refund.
On XX/XX/2020, I wrote a dispute letter to USAA Credit Card Services disputing the charge of {00.00}. To date USAA has never contacted me about the dispute. I have called USAA a number of times, including today XX/XX/2020. I am unable to get any answers despite asking for a provisional credit of {00.00} to be posted on my account. To date USAA has not credited my account. This is unacceptable customer service.

MAIL FRAUD Criminal Investigation USPS DELIVERIES NOT MADE XX/XX/XXXX. See attatched XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. See attatched XXXX Reports. See attatched FTC ID Theft case XXXX. My complaint is : Despite written requests the unverified original signatures of delivery into my hands and XXXX License & Signature VERIFED I Opened Accounts have not been provided. The Accounts still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. XXXX is required under FCRA to have a copy the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and correct. In the reports XXXX stated ” VERIFIED ” that these items were being ” REPORTED CORRECTLY ”? Who verified these accounts? Promply DELETE all information which can not be verified “. *THE LAW IS VERY CLEAR THESE BANKS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ( ADA 2.1 COMPLIANT ACCESS TO ALL XXXX. ) I HAD NO ACCESS TO THESE ACCOUNTS. * The Law is very clear as Civil liability SECTION 616 AND 617. I DEMAND XXXX VERIFY THE XXXX & USAA ACCOUNTS WITH ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION OR DELETE IMMEADIATELY. I have only recieved credit reports claiming these accounts are verified, I have the right to ask for the original signed contracts wit ID to truly verify my signature.
