I made a mobile deposit into my checking Account at USAA, after the deposit was made they placed a 3 day hold on my deposit and on the XXXX the fraud department released my funds and the account was back to normal. on Monday they froze my account again starting that the check is getting returned. how ever I spoke to the other bank and they advised me that check was cleared on the XXXX of XXXX. USAA is refusing to release my funds or to activate my account.
