I was under a credit counseling program as of around XX/XX/2019, but around XX/XX/2019 I decided to quit the credit counseling program. I thought that the credit counseling program coordinator contacted all creditors to inform them of this so that it would not appear on my credit report anymore. However, after checking my credit report recently, I see that USAA federal savings bank has a remark on my credit reports stating that I am still managed by a credit counseling/debt management program when I am not. and I have proof. I sent them proof, called them and they still refuse to remove the remark and take me out of the program on their end. This company is hard to deal with. Ive heard some bad things about this company and I want nothing more to do with them.

I have had this card for 13 years and 5 months. My balance has not been increased for a long time. Longer than I can remember. Whenever I request an increase, I am denied and the reasons given are not in order with any 3 of my credit reports. I called the bank and asked about it, requested an investigation. They informed me that they do no such thing and the letter that they sent me explains their reasoning.
I have also requested other loans through the bank that have either been denied or approved with an extremely high APR.

I have Refused & usaa resets is able to AUTHORIZE ME 3 Xs now ** WITHOUT DRs LICENSE.?? USAA BLOCKS ACCOUNTS ACCESS WITH FRAUD PURPOSEFULLY. VERY UNFAIR LENDING!!! There was NO LEGAL REASON USAA NEEDED DRs LICENSE. USAA was Informed TO USE THE DRs LICENSE USED IN OPENING THIS ACCOUNT ** SUDDENLY I WAS ABLE TO BE AUTHORIZED ONCE AGAIN TODAY.
I asked Kindly Note XX/XX/XXXX Letter USAA REVIEW OF FRAUD CLAIM Confirmed NO Fraudulent Activity on this Account ** WHY ARE THERE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN REVERSED CREDITS.??? XXXX – XXXX IF NO FRAUD OCCURRED??? USAA REVERSES ALL MERCHANTS CREDITS FTC MADE MERCHANTS PAY XXXX – XXXX. USAA REP XXXX COULD Not Explain??? I requested the Drs License used to open this account & written signature. ( legal requirement to open account ) be mailed to my home address.
