Called USAA CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 years ago about credit alert that my credit score went down from XXXX to XXXX Representatives told me it was because I used XXXX $ on a credit card that I asked for a low limit to use online because are other card had XXXX $ of available credit We have never had a late payment had XXXX $ in available credit She told me because I used half of the XXXX $ credit limit. We then got in an argument about this I asked to report a complaint and they would put me on hold and disconnect from me this went on for 3 hours. Since then my credit report from experian has been lowered then the rest of companies. Usaa submits charges that are false on my card the credit reports are lowered on my report then my husbands 2 years this has been going on USAA HAS REPORTED THAT WE OWED XXXX $ false on our credit card. We have been so careful with are money I dont feel a representative should be able to do this to someone who has outstanding credit Please make this stop they recently added a XXXX $ charge that was disputed and refunded back on to my credit card to lower the score

I’ve got a mortgage from USAA BANK, serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX As of late ( past 2 Mont ‘s ), they charge me 2 mortgage payments in the same month. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I’m being told that they do not have such person this is the case with XXXX and USAA. Do to their action I can’t pay my truck payment this month, last time I had overdraft protection through my saving acct, but I discontinued it since they transferred so much money out of my savings that was down almost to XXXX, a lot more that was needed. I feel that they are cheating me on the escrow, charging me way to much money, when I asked about it they got no acceptable answers. I’m a XXXX year old XXXX Veteran with an advanced XXXX XXXX, living on my XXXX. I can’t afford this type of game that these two banks are playing with me. I can’t find no one nor place to make a complaint, most of their agents have no clue how the Bank is set up. I would appreciate some help.
