Usaa and XXXX credit bureau once were in business together. Right now they usaa federal savings bank credit card department falsifying charges amount owed etc on credit report. Right now they have added a refund as a credit of XXXX $ against my account balance instead of refunding it Calling doesnt work they just put me on hold they have also taken away my right to dispute the charge again since there have been no other purchases with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX.

USAA & XXXXTtogether Create this Fraud. I AM REPORTING WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE A CRIME. THIS IS NOT FAIR CREDIT These two Companies Collaborate Together Against Cinsumers. This is no error. I DEMAND XXXX PROVIDE DRS LICENSES FOR EACH ACCOUNT AND SIGNATURE AUTHORIZING VERIFICATION I OPENED OR DELETE IMMEDIATELY. XXXX & USAA have ruiened my credit for years. XXXX covers up for USAA Clearly XXXX would have noticed the two accounts changing.

This bank repeatedly and regularly declines transactions that I have funds in the account to cover, removes said funds from my account anyway as a pending charge that you cant dispute until it posts, which it never does because they declined it immediately, and then wont put the funds back in the account for an irregular and sometimes indefinite amount of time. Every time i call about it Im told tomorrow and then tomorrow comes but the money doesnt. This has happened 3x ( usually 2 or 3 pending charges each for a purchase that I was only trying to make once ) in the last 3 months with 3 different vendors and usaa keeps trying to tell me the problem is with everyones system but theirs.

I booked 5 flights through XXXX online Travel for myself and family. The airline is XXXX. The flight was booked XX/XX/XXXX. The flight was scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. The flight was paid in full using my USAA credit Card. The flight was cancelled and the company XXXX and XXXX are refusing to refund my monies, so I have turned to my credit card company USAA and they informed me that since I did not file the dispute 60 days following the close of that billing cycle that they could not help me. The issue is that I had no idea that XXXX was going to cancel the flight 9 months later and refuse me of my refund. I did not have a magic ball to see into to the future, so there is no way to file a dispute with the credit cards 60 day window when the flight was not cancelled until over 9 months later. Please assist a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Vet for monies I much need!! thank You

Full Complaint:
During the COVID-19 pandemic, which started in XX/XX/2020, I requested a deferment for all of my USAA Federal Savings Bank accounts ( Loans, Credit Cards, etc. ). After the request ( provided over the phone ), I removed all of my account auto pay options in order to skip a few payments until XX/XX/2020.

By XX/XX/2020, I had paid up all of my accounts to current status. However, USAA Federal Savings Bank reported my credit car account and personal loan as ” Missed Payment ” for XX/XX/2020.

I have addressed this issue directly with USAA and also requested a dispute on my credit report. USAA has NOT fixed the errors.

How can I fix and/or start legal action. My credit score was downgraded significantly. Up to this point, I had NEVER had a late payment in over 20 years with USAA!
