I acquired a car loan from USAA in 2016. I requested and was informed that I’d be enrolled in USAAs automatic payment withdrawal program. A few months pass by and I was informed by USAA that I was late on payments for my vehicle. I informed them that this couldn’t be the case since I was enrolled in the automatic payment withdrawal program. They stated that they would take care of the issue and remove any negative information off my credit card report. After many phone calls over the years to USAA and the credit bureaus, there hasn’t been any resolution. This is something that wasn’t my fault and I would like a successful resolution to this matter.

USAA allowed my ex husband to change my address on accounts his name was never on and were opened after I had moved to my current address. This caused a {00.00} check from them mailed in XXXX to never reach me. After a lot of research, they finally admitted the issue. However, I still dont have the check replaced yet. They cant even tell me if he cashed the original check even though only my name was on it.
