I have contacted both USAA and the 3 credit bureaus about the incorrect status of my account and either party has yet to update and correct the information. I was told by USAA that the information would be corrected with the 3 credit bureaus no later than XX/XX/20. Today is XX/XX/20 and the account status is still showing as as charged off which is incorrect as the account was paid in full. I have submitted payment receipt to the bureaus but have yet to see the account updated.
