FINANCIAL TERRORISM!
HUGE, I MEAN REALLY HUGE CLASS ACTION : SENDING EMAILS TO AS MANY CLASS ACTION LAW FIRMS AS I CAN, POSTING ON SOCIAL MEDIA EMAILING SENATORS ETC.. with proof.

USAA Complaint : refuses to provide a full accounting of the Balance they allege I owe. Like all the statements from XX/XX/XXXX, which is the date USAA claims the account opened. I have no way to legally challenge the amount without the complete accounting and they know this. I have been trying to get this information for years, requested 5 times to date. ( 9 Violations ) I am also disputing the date of last activity of this account. USAA has been reporting the date of last activity as XX/XX/XXXX. This is not accurate, the date of last activity was XX/XX/XXXX. Meaning USAA has continually verified all information as being accurate when in fact it was not. ( 12 Violations ) USAA also reports this account as a recent charge-off ( CO ) every single month since it was initially charged off in XX/XX/XXXX, misleading potential creditors. ( 162 Violations ) RETALIATION & FRAUD : USAA has been deliberately causing harm to me in retaliation by re-reporting this account as a charge off every single month for the last 5 yrs. By doing that, creditors and the credit bureaus score this account as being newly charged off, which drops a person ‘s score far more than an account that was charged off 5 years ago as this was.
Previously, once an account is Charged off ( CO, the following months would be reported as NR= ( Not Reported ) I have discussed this fact with 3 separate underwriters in the Mortgage industry. USAA does this to cause deliberate harm and this method was approved by their CEO XXXX XXXX and likely other board members. USAA literally creates a command for charged off accounts to continue to report each month, as a result my credit score is over 100 pts lower than what it actually should be.

Note : I have dozens of examples how previous charge offs were reported with myself, family members, friends and relatives. I have spent dozens of hours researching others who have had charge offs in the past.

What is their motive, everyone makes more money when borrowers have lower credit scores. The banks can charge more, so can insurance companies, and all financial institutions. Further, it forces Americans to purchase credit bureau memberships, just a few of the motives.

I am customer of USAA and my son is a customer under my account. He just turned XXXX last XX/XX/XXXX and they send me a letter dated the XXXX of XXXX to submit some identification form for the minor and I called the bank explaining that here inXX/XX/XXXXdue to the COVID-19 issue the license place orXX/XX/XXXX is giving out appointments to get ids well over 6 to 8 months away. They without telling us or advising us at all closed the account and with held whatever funds where in both accounts checking and savings for the minor. I contacted them with my son and they didnt wanted to reopen the account after I send the papers that are very sensitive in nature cause its a lot of personal information that now its at the bank site and they tell me they dont know where the info is and they wont speak to me since my son is XXXX and the accounts are frozen unilaterally from their part. I dont understand why they are doing that since we have the account opened for over 8 years and the expected to get an ID in such a short noticed and they wont take the college Id as form and his social security card Was also submitted and they dont know their whereabouts. Thats a real breach in personal security and the people I spoke on the phone only hanged the line and wont tell us where is the photos of his personal info.

Hello.
My complaint is against USAA Federal Savings Bank. Here is the timeline of what happened.
XX/XX/XXXX.
I deposited {00.00} by draw from work to USAA VIA on Line App.
XX/XX/XXXX.
My truck is broken into. Wallet is stolen with debit card and documents. Break in and fraudulent debit card activity was been reported to USAA. Debit transaction reversed. USAA i also my insurance company and they paid property claim.
XX/XX/XXXX.
I receive a call from XXXX, CA XXXX. Detective XXXX had arrested a man with my ID over the weekend. I gave them permission to press charges and shared XXXX PD report number with them.
XX/XX/XXXX USAA Reverses my initial deposit and debits my account {00.00} because of fraudulent activity that had already been reported. I report all information to USSA and they ay they will resolve in 10 days.
XX/XX/XXXX USAA reports that they find no fraud and I need to go after the criminal, even though they have police reports. I explain that I do not understand how my account deposit is not protected. They tate that electronic deposit are not FDIC insured and it not there responsibility to protect and help with personal fraud.

For about ten days prior to XXXX, I was attempting to use my USAA VISA Signature card for both on-line and in person purchases. It was rejected several times so I used another credit card. I thought there may have been errors in entering the card information or system overload during the busy and was in a rush to complete my holiday shopping. I finally called USAA customer services when I received notice from another one of my vendors that my card had again been rejected. When I finally reached customer service, I was told that there was a fraud alert on my card. I then asked why I was not advised of this alert and was told that, according to their records, I had been called by USAA. When I replied that there was no evidence of any call because there was no voicemail on my land line phone and no record of any call or voicemail from USAA on my XXXX. Nor were there any texts or email alerting me of this situation on my phone, XXXX or email account, all of which USAA has access to. When I explained the foregoing, they said I was mistaken that according to their records I had definitely been called, but they refused to give me the number they supposedly used to reach me.. I find this treatment unfair and unacceptable particularly in light of the fact that USAAs customer base is veterans and their families.
