this message is for XXXX and XXXX. this is nothing against the two companies. i had a couple of debts with USAA in the past. they turned the debt over to a collections agency i am assuming in XXXX. i got calls from different collections agencies saying they have taken over the debt. one with was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and another company calling from XXXX. but whenever i called this number back it said it’s no longer in service. the person who called me from that number was a female and said it was a debt owed to USAA turned over to them on the XXXX then she said the XXXX XXXX XXXX so which is it? i have no clue. i think USAA is trying to get money from me by any means necessary. i reported the XXXX XXXX already. now im reporting USAA again for the millioneth time about this stuff.

USAA auto policy insurance closed my account, this is unauthorized, I do not consent USAA has violated my Federally Protected Consumer Rights. I tendered an instrument which is an agreement, said agreement is a consumer credit contract and as described in 16 CFR 433.1 ( i ) an instrument, and under UCC 3-104 ( a ) an instrument is a negotiable instrument and an unconditional promise to pay, no different than a dollar. The instrument constitutes as payment under the negotiable instruments act and has fully paid for this transaction on the date of consummation. I owe no debt. As everyone should know lawful money was removed from our economy by congress in 1933 by HJR 192 ( House Joint Resolution ) and replaced with negotiable instruments. These negotiable instruments are considered as legal tender on the same par and category as Federal Reserve notes. USAA canceled my insurance and is demanding that I pay a balance that I do not owe.

My password book was compromised. The result was identity theft and most of my funds were gone. USAA was hanging up on me when I was trying to figure out what happened to my money. Then USAA told me various things such as ” talk to your wife ”. This created a whole separate issue. After that I was told other false information. The USAA application stopped working and when it finally was working there were additional security measures which indicate that the bank discovered that someone other than myself was moving my money around. There are no recognized devices on my account now, which is inaccurate because I only utilize my cell phone to access my account. The bank representative that I spoke with about this matter told me that I can request IP addresses linked to my account and that he was mailing me such form. However I never received anything so I called to follow up. this time I was told that no such form exists. USAA is not helping me locate my money. In fact, it seems like they are avoiding responsibility for the matter.

XX/XX/XXXX usaa closed my account locked me out so I could not withdrawals any of my funds.. they informed me based on the depository agreement they have up to XXXX days to send my money. I have called at least XXXX times and get a different answer every time it now has been XXXX days and they still havent closed my account and sent my funds to me. They never gave me a reason why they said they can close it anytime. Worst customer service nobody is helping me I havent been able to pay my XXXX bills my sons XXXX and late on all my accounts because they blocked my money {00.00}

On XXXX/XXXX/2021 I opened a USAA account service has been great and running smoothly until Monday XXXX/XXXX/2021 I was out to breakfast with my family and when I went to pay I was informed by the restaurant that my card was declined. I called to find out what was going on and was informed my account has been locked from all use and that I need to verify my identity I asked why was no contact made with me prior to blocking my account and I was told that I didnt have to be notified as Im subject to verification.. incredibly frustrated I did what was asked and at XXXX MST on XXXX/XXXX/2021 I submitted what was being asked of me and given the XXXX business days turn around notice I submitted my SSN, my valid drivers license and my date of birth to : www.usaa.com/idproof I have been calling everyday since the third business day Thursday XXXX/XXXX/2021 to just be told to wait another XXXX and they will escalate my concern. Its now XXXX/XXXX/2021 and my account is still locked and I have gone XXXX days without any access to funds bills have come due and I have accrued late fees, I dont have gas for my car and I have a special needs child who needs things on a daily basis as well as XXXX other children I have asked for speak to management and my request have not been met.
