In XXXX when the bank did something I didn’t ask for I closed all my accounts with them including my credit card at which time I paid it in full. see copy of lettering enclosed apparently they’ve been compiling interest since on a zero balance and when I call them to take care of it they claim there’s interest due because it compiled daily until it’s paid seems like a issue with their system

i have contacted the XXXX credit bureaus as well as USAA SVG BK challenging the factual, accurate, and compliant reporting of this account XXXX times … .each time it comes back stating that it is verified … .how can they be verifying this account with all of the inaccurate reporting between the XXXX bureaus? … .i have attached a copy of the report with all of the inconsistencies circled..this account has been re aged, this account is reporting as a charge off but also reporting a past due balance that is a violation from everything im reading… .this account is reporting as a charge off but also reporting a credit limit..that is a violation as well and thats just from what my untrained eye see ‘s … i have circled all inconsistencies

Received email from USAA on XX/XX/29 that my account was to be closed due to XXXX years of inactivity, which is valid. This account was open for many years ( 10+ ) and helped my credit score. They gave me XXXX days to spend on the account to keep it active. I ordered a new card which took a couple weeks to show up and it did while I was out of town for the holidays. I planned to come back activate and spend money on the card to keep the account active. The XXXX day period is unacceptable for removing accounts that people count on the bolster their credit score due to good standing and longevity.

Called USAA on XXXX when I came back home to activate the card and spoke with XXXX reps and was told it was impossible to reopen an account that they closed even if it was 2 days ago.

Years of good standing credit history wiped away with a short runway to get in compliance in unacceptable from a company like USAA.

Full Complaint:
USAA closed my savings and checking account with no warning. I logged in this morning XX/XX/2021 to pay a bill online and my account was unavailable and it would not let me pay any online bills. I thought it was a glitch, so I logged in in the afternoon to see if the glitch was cleared and noticed my savings account had disappeared. I called USAA and spoke to a representative who told me it was a business decision but could not tell me why the business decision was made. The representative transferred me to a dispute department, who transferred me to someone else, who transferred me to a specialist. All I received was that there was a letter mailed out that I did not receive. All my communications with USAA has been electronically so getting a letter is not something I would expect for closing my account. No emails, No electronic online posting in my notices, and no phone call to warn me… .just a letter ( which I still have not found ). This is completely unacceptable and I will never recommend USAA to anyone again. So now I am out XXXX and have to wait XXXX to XXXX days to get my check for my checking and savings account to pay my mortgage, stop all my direct deposits, and update all my information that had automatic payments. Thanks USAA, this is what XXXX years of service gets you. There should be better notification practice and business decision with no other explanation is complete failure. The crazy thing about it all is that I had mortgage insurance and auto insurance under USAA which was automatically taken out of the account and was never late ( probably will be now since I have to wait for my check XXXX to XXXX days. I guess that it will be late now, and that is now even now up in the air …..

The XXXX time my debit card has been declined and I have money in my account. USAA continues to put unwanted and unauthorized restrictions on my account. This is the XXXX time. The XXXX time it was a deposit only restriction, now USAA put a credit only on my debit card. I did not authorize this, again. Please help.

ON THE XXXX OF XX/XX/2021 USAA FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK LOCKED ALL MY BANK ACCOUNTS DUE PREVIOUS ACTIVITY WHICH WAS CONSIDERED FRAUD. THE BANK LOST NO MONEY AND MY ACCOUNTS FINED ACCORDINGLY. THEY INFORMED ME I COULD NO LONGER BANK WITH THEM. CURRENTLY THEY ARE WITHHOLDING {00.00} OF MY XXXX XXXX XXXX. THEY SAID THEY WILL NOT RELEASE ANY FOR 60 DAYS. THIS WITH HOLDING OF MY FUNDS IS NEGATIVLEY EFFECTED MY ABILITY TO PAY BILLS AND MEET MY FINANICIAL OBLIGATIONS. I HAVE REQUESTED THAT THEY TRANSFER ALL MY REMAINING FUNDS TO MY OTHER BANK. TO DATE THEY HAVE REFUSED ME ANY ACCESS TO MY FUNDS,
