My name is XXXX, I have a wife of 13 years and XXXX school age children, we have XXXX dogs and a XXXX. Im a XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX vet from 3 tours between XXXX and XXXX as ground forces.
My wife works full time for the XXXX I am a full time ( 60 hr ) XXXX XXXX I draw my full military retirement I dont pay for medical insurance for my family, due to my retirement We have 3 incomes and XXXX kids, but we cant buy a house.
Why? Because investors and bankers are inflating the market beyond reason.
In closing Ill ask this. If we cant afford a home, then who can?
Dont let investors set us back another 10 years like they did in 2007.

I had a debt collector call me after XXXX who would not identify what organization he worked for unless I gave him my date of birth and social security information. Then when I said I would call USAA to verify the information – he insisted that he was hired to get the info from me, so it wouldnt do me any good to do that. I let him know that I do not give out my personal information to a company that I can not verify and I have that right to do so.

I requested an Official Check ( Cashiers Check ) to be sent for my rent payment of {0.00} on XX/XX/2020. I have called USAA at the very least 20 times over the past six months about this check ( including today ). I have been on hold for hours, requested call back from managers ( not received ), and requested my money returned to my account. After speaking with a supervisor last week, I learned that the check had never been cashed. It took USAA literally six months just to tell me that the check had never been cashed! After speaking with a supervisor last week, I was sent an Return Declaration of Loss form. It was profiled out with ” Lost while in my possession/Lost by third party individual or company. ” I sent this form back with a correction that it was not lost by the receiver since it was never received. It was my rent payment that I had to replace! Calling USAA for months with absolutely no help from them whatsoever. I sent that form back to them by fax on XXXX XXXX. Today I called USAA yet again. After speaking with a representative, a supervisor then someone from their ” CEO Office ” that takes calls, I asked one simple question. After holding my money for almost seven months, when am I going to get it back? … .The reply was simply ” I don’t know – we’re looking into this ”.

I checked my credit report, when purchasing a vehicle. checked to find I was a victim of I.D . theft I filed a report. With F.T.C. and local police. And sent all to C.R.A. and usaa credit card account still remains in my report. I tried to get it fixed, but was denied due to it already investigated. after some time I was told by XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit reporting agencies Fraud department that USAA reported to them that they had proof that I opened the account. I have been submitting numerous practices at Banks that do not protect consumers. Over XXXX was moved from my XXXX now XXXX account in XX/XX/2018. I reported to local and state police, FBI, FTC, IRS, DEA DHSSS banks and XXXX. No one calls me back because no one investigates for consumers. XXXX blames bank, bank blames XXXX or records, local police cite jurisdiction, attorney general or consumer protection say call police. Town where bank is tells me to call police in town I love, state police say call cyber unit who tells you to call local police. Its horrible. Only banks are protected.
USAA reported to me coincidentally on XXXX XXXX that XXXX} was attempted to be withdrawn from this individual account and sent to XXXX but the funds were not available. Coincidentally I received a call from XXXX about the XXXX XXXX theft sent to XXXX and they shared they have no record of an attempt to withdraw XXXX from USAA account. That means its a fraudulent XXXX and I still suspect it was the same criminal from XXXX Who investgates … … no one. I have no XXXX auto withdraw but if funds were there it would have been taken. Banks are not protecting us.
