In XX/XX/XXXX USAA Federal Savings bank changed the address on a credit card with out our knowledge or verification. They admit they have no proof they contacted us regarding the address change. Upon use of the card in late XX/XX/XXXX, the statements went to wrong address so the card payment went overdue and eventually charged off. After realizing what happened we paid the charges plus penalties and interest and requested USAA remove the account from the credit report. They refused.

Full Complaint:
I started a savings account needed to make a transfer from my father ‘s account to my account upon his death and made a deposit of {0.00}. The transfer from my fathers account proved problematic due to terms of his will so I wanted my funds back. Multiple attempts to get my funds have been ignored entirely. Other people with similar experiences as USAA have said that USAA sold a portion of their business to XXXX XXXX and many accounts were stolen, lost or not transferred in a seamless manner to the account holder and legal action was needed.

Opened a checking and savings accounts on XX/XX/2021 Have not received atm/debit card. Used the chat service .. told need to order, but ordering was not available on line to me. Told to call customer service. Associate was unable to order an card. Transferred me to account security. Who says account is under review? but had no reason for the review and no other information. USAA does not have local branches I have no way to get cash with out an card and they did not even notify me and will not provide any farther assistance.
