USAA has not given answers to the two issues 1 ). May I please have the XXXX XX/XX/2020 documents 2 ) May I get an explanation for why my USAA was terminated and why I am ” lifetime undesirable ” at USAA.

Recieved a phone call around XX/XX/21 from XXXX XXXX asking if I had applied for a card, which i said no. They said they would disregard the application they had received and put a fraudulent notice on it.
XX/XX/21 Received a debit card and a XXXX card from USAA. Called and spoke to them and told them I never applied for these cards. They said a fraudulent application was on file and advised me to notify credit bureaus. I put a fraud notice in with XXXX.
I am notifying you now, as I am now afraid someone has my personal information and is trying to open accounts. My husband and I will be purchasing a home soon around XXXX of this year with XXXX XXXX and I do not want any trouble or damage done to our credit report.

I’m locked out of my account, the App behaves poorly, doesn’t do face ID regularly, invalid Pin ( even though I haven’t changed it in 10+ years ). Worst banking account I have. All other bank accounts work perfectly no issues.
I’ve complained multiple times so this needs to be documented.
Automated system on phone doesn’t let you talk to a representative anymore. Was easier to file this complaint took 10 minutes to get someone.
Please have the IT department learn to code or do something productive. They are terrible at their jobs. All my banking accounts work fine except USAA. It’s embarassing to be associated with this company at this point due to recent quality Issues.

Interest rate not accurately calculated over last 10 years. Paying extra on card is not showing reduction in interest based on daily average calculation.
I have asked for audit of my account to correct interest rate charges. System company uses to reflect no minimum after paying more is poor consumer support. It gives false ideal that your ahead but just change more interest.
My interest rate does not show change of daily average. It only shows current balance which is not correct.
Im asking for a complete review of my interest rate charges on my Usaa credit cards.
