I INQUIRED so I thought online with USAA Bank, about a loan to refinance a vehicle I currently have as a lease that the lease is about to end, and I was looking for interest rates.
When I went to USAA site it took you to series of questions, and never did I know it was an actual credit application since I never put in my SSN There were no disclaimers that this was a actual ” credit application ”.
I was not looking to apply for a loan since my lease isn’t up yet, just looking at options on financing.
I was quickly denied in seconds despite …
My recent credit score was XXXX, I am in the end process of refinancing my home loan at a VA lender for a 2.25 % interest rate, Never missed a payment on USAA or any other credit I have which is, 1 other credit card, and a new XXXX loan.
USAA is deceptive, and I want a letter that this was not a credit inquiry, they claim to serve military, but my opinion is they play off of it for their own benefit!
The people I spoke to never offered resolution, I pride myself on good credit and have served XXXX years in the military
