Full Complaint:
I have been a USAA Bank Card holder for several years and I have always made my payments on time, however, there were times as a single mother with XXXX children that I was forced to make payments late.
There are 4 late payments as follows ; XX/XX/XXXX – 30 days late XX/XX/XXXX – 30 days late XX/XX/XXXX – 30 days late XX/XX/XXXX – 30 days late Every time I knew I was unable to make payments on time I contacted USAA and told them I was going to be late on my payments, I was told for all the above dates that I would be placed in a payment deferment program for 90 days and that my credit would not be affected, I found this NOT to be true.
Last year I viewed my credit report and discovered that the above payments were NOT deferred but rather reported as derogatory and have destroyed my credit.
For over a year I have contacted USAA via phone and wrote letters trying to get these items removed from my credit report and, I was told on several occasions they would be removed and yet still they remain.

Full Complaint:
On Monday XX/XX/XXXX, I was contacted by individuals claiming to represent XXXX XXXX and that they were about to shut off the power to a house I own within XXXX minutes due to non-payment of the electric bill. I was asked to send them payment through XXXX so they could credit my account that day and stop the power from being turned off.
I wasn’t at the property at the time to know that there was no one outside to turn the power off.
I transferred {0.00} from my USAA XXXX checking account on XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX XXXX. The payment showed pending and then I got transferred to another XXXX XXXX representative and was asked to transfer money from a different account at XXXX through XXXX since the payment didn’t go through. I transferred {0.00} to the same XXXX account.
The name of the XXXX account was XXXX and the phone number used was XXXX.
After the second payment went through I realized I was scammed. I called both banks that day to lodge a complaint but there is little interest on their end about stopping XXXX fraud as they don’t believe they have any liability for the service.
I was hoping they would report this to XXXX so they could shut down the illegal account and stop transfers going through to that number.

I contacted USAA. At first I thought it was fraud but I realized it was something that my husband authorized. However, it is absurd that there is zero protection against business transactions through XXXX. Why distinguish between business and personal if its all the same?

This is regards to a credit card dispute with my bank USAA. They did not adequately process the dispute even though I showed proof that it was a fraudulent charge.
On XX/XX/XXXX I booked a room through XXXX. Conrmation Number XXXX for hotel : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX.
When I arrived the hotel did not have a reservation for me and the front desk agent states that the hotel was sold out. I called XXXX for a refund and they have refused to issue a room or give a refund. They stated that they need to call the hotel, but no one answers the phone. I contacted the hotel and they have also refused to reach out to XXXX to issue a refund. I believe that taking a customer ‘s money and refusing to provide service or a refund is fraud.
