I hope all is well..
I would like to state thank you very much for giving me a credit card with your company for all these years. Its very much appreciated. The first time in all the years I have had my credit card during the pandemic of the Corona virus I was late a couple times for the first times. I really do apologize my hours were reduced and I had a baby as well. It will not happen again because Im back working my regular hours and my newborn and son are in daycare while I work or my mothers watches them. Im about to pay the card completely off and as a courtesy can you please take off all the late fees that occurred because it was the pandemic fault. This will help me out a lot, I really do apologize this my first time being late a couple times ever since I started with the credit card. Please take all the late fees off. I will be paying the credit card off in the next couple of months. I really need the late fees off it will really help me. Thank you very much. Have a wonderful day and please be safe.

USAA Federal Savings Bank did not send me any notifications of a car payment was behind or in repo status. My husband had the car. Me and my husband separated due to XXXX XXXX over a year and half now. My husband also got {00.00} money from XXXX XXXX for the car in which I recently found out.
I was getting the run around last year due to covid 1to reclaim 9 in which was going on sent 2 letters to USAA Federal Savings Bank with no reply. I was the co signer on the loan in which i could never get no real information to the loan by USAA Federal Savings Bank.
I never received any letters of payments behind or the car went into Repo status with USAA Savings Bank.
There was no notice to reclaim the car in repo or any letters mail to me of any kind to the said car.
I now received a letter from XXXX XXXX in which is a collections company.
I have also talk to attorney about this situation with this loan about notice of the the car payments behind and no letters to reclaim the car when it was going into repo status from USAA Savings Bank.

I am being held responsible for a damaged item that was returned from XXXX for {0.00}. I was promised a refund and never received it and XXXX mastercard is basically telling me to deal with them for my refund and merchant is telling me to deal with credit card .. I dont feel protected at all by the credit card company as a consumer..
