On XX/XX/2021 I paid my loan with USAA in full. I waited 7 to 10 days for it to show on my credit report. It had not, so I filed a dispute with XXXX and XXXX. USAA came back saying the credit report was correct and dispute was not valid. So I waited a few days and submitted another dispute with XXXX, once again the same response from USAA. So I filed yet another dispute and attached the document below, which is from USAA clearly stating the account is paid in full. They once again come back on the XXXX of XX/XX/2021 stating the dispute is invalid, account is open and balance is correct. I have made numerous calls to both XXXX and USAA and have gotten the run around over and over again.
