I requested a quote for car insurance and the attached document show why my car insurance quote is so expensive. Five years ago, I had an accident and was told I did not have full coverage which is incorrect. I always have full coverage on all of my vehicles. I am still trying to locate the hard copy because I told USAA several times that a mistake was made but no one ever got back to me. I told USAA at least 8 times a mistake was made, so I ended up paying out of pocket for that accident. Now looking at the attached document there seems to be duplicate claims listed on my XXXX consumer report. I am so frustrated with USAA and I believe because of their errors on my report I have been overpaying for my car insurance.
