On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted to USAA an additional principal payment be made on my mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, they incorrectly applied a part of these funds to interest instead of the full amount to my mortgage ‘s principal, which has also happened several times during XXXX. I filed a XXXX complaint then and was told that the issue had been resolved, but it apparently has not. When talking with the representative, he stated that neither XXXX nor USAA had the ability to escalate this issue nor open a ticket to keep me informed of fixing their system to correct this in the future. As USAA continues to steal money ( via charging me extra interest ) from me ( and likely thousands of others as well ), I would like to be paid for my time of having to monitor my payment activity monthly as USAA is incapable of doing their jobs correctly as well as for my time having to call in and have the charges reversed.

Someone wrote me a check from USAA Federal Savings account. I deposited the check with my band and it has been on hold for 5 days. I just called USAA to confirm that the check has sufficient funds and they were extremely rude and intentionally hung up on me. Every financial institution allows people to confirm sufficient funds on check, when I called USAA this was news to them and disconnected my call.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) on behalf of USAA SAVINGS BANK is violating my federally protected consumer rights and refuses to provide me with validation evidence pursuant to 15 USC 1692g that can validate their claim of me, XXXX XXXX, the natural person/Consumer owing them any ” alleged debt. ” XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and USAA SAVINGS BANK failed to prove their claim that I owe any ” alleged debt ” by not providing any ” documentary evidence ” of a ledger, delegation of authority, contract, agreement, or anything to stand as legitimate proof that I, the natural person/Consumer owe any alleged debts tot their company. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and USAA SAVINGS BANK is reporting of my credit creating an ” adverse action ” pursuant to 15 USC 1682a ( k ) ( 1 ) and should and will be held criminally liable pursuant to 15 USC 1611 and civilly liable pursuant to 15 USC 1640. this information is damaging my reputation and damaging me both financially and mentally.

I was divorced in XXXX, and I worked with USAA to settle my account ( sometime within the year following ) for an arbitrated amount. The account was settled and closed. I find out now ( in XXXX ) that in XXXX, USAA reported that my account ( and I’m assuming me personally ) was involved in some sort of ” fraudulent account transactions ”! I have no idea what this could possibly be about, but when I call USAA ‘s legal department, they want me to get a lawyer …. to prove my identity from 3 years ago. I live on $ XXXX, through XXXX and a small alimony payment. I can’t afford to hire an attorney to dispute this, and I’m being ” run over ” by a cooperation, that doesn’t care that this is helping to ruin my credit. I couldn’t open a new checking account a week ago, because this ” alert ” has been coded so high on my report. ( And, THATS how I even found out it was there ) This needs to be investigated properly, and removed immediately!
