On XX/XX/2021, I submitted an auto payment to USAA one day before the scheduled due date where I have an automatic payment plan. I received a pop-up that read ” You are currently on an Automatic Payment Plan. By continuing, your next draft will be reduced by the amount of this payment. ” On XX/XX/2021, USAA took another {0.00} from my account, which immediately placed me in a situation where I wouldn’t have enough in checking to cover my weekly obligations. I called USAA on XX/XX/2021 to resolve this issue only to be passed around to different offices. I finally reached the loan department where the operator informed me that USAA starts processing these debits up to 4 days in advance so payments made within that window will be treated as an extra principal payment. I find this highly deceiving as the pop-up that I received did not mention this. Had they, I wouldn’t have made this payment. If the USAA web administrator would simply add this note to the already existing warning, I’m sure that it would serve their customer base well and not put them in situations where they couldn’t pay their bills. USAA further tells me that there is no way to return the money despite my checking account being USAA with the payment still in ” pending ” status. When I told the loan department that I wasnt satisfied with the resolution, I informed her that I would like to dispute the charge. She told me that she would have to transfer me back to the banking department. After transfer, I waited on hold for over 40 minutes before finally hanging up. I later reviewed the Consumer Loan Note Disclosure and Security Agreement and Authorization Agreement for Preauthorized Loan Payments signed on XX/XX/2021 and there is nothing that warns the consumer that payments made within the 4-day window of automatic payment will be ignored. I have been a USAA customer for almost 20 years and have many vested interests through them, I thought that they would be willing to help a lifetime customer.

I’ve been a customer for over four years with USAA and my checking and savings account has been restricted where I could not access it and it’s been restricted since XX/XX/XXXX which is still restricted in the year XXXX my savings and checking account solo has nothing to do with my joint account due to the fact the joint account got compromised and USAA reversing credit reversing credits that they already had the investigation work on and allow the credit before I take it back I have no access I had already notified them of the spine we’re fine we’re meeting that computers are being hijacked by cyber which mine have I also told him that someone forward my general homeo somewhere else as well as hijack my telephone number I’m the victim and I can’t get access to my money that I need right now they told me that the investigation will be done on XXXX XX/XX/2021 and he still not I’m still locked out

To whom this may concern, On Tuesday, XX/XX/2021, I sent a wire transfer of {0.00} via XXXX. To a merchant ( someone I knew ) to transport my vehicle from XXXX to XXXX. The merchant and I set a date for the vehicle to be picked up from XXXX. On that day, the merchant stopped answering my calls/ text messages and I never received my vehicle or money. I asked the merchant for a refund, however i did not receive a response. I was stuck having to pay another car company for the transport and out of {0.00}. On Friday, XX/XX/2021, I contacted my bank where the XXXX was sent from which is USAA. To report a fraud claim and have the funds returned. I was notified by USAA that the funds could not be returned due to XXXX policy. Ive tried calling USAA to speak with mutual representatives about the situation and continue to receive the same answer. Now Im currently in a financial crisis due to the loss of {0.00} from the merchant. Also, upset because, I thought my bank would protect me in this type of predicament.
