On XX/XX/2021 I made a mobile deposit of a little over {000.00}, the app indicated {0.00} would be available immediately and the remainder would be available XX/XX/2021. I checked to see those funds were in fact released.and they were not, when I called.suddenly the hold was until XX/XX/2021, a day later than I had been told at the time of the initial deposit, with out reason or warning. I was planning to use this money today to buy a vehicle for {00.00}, which I can not expect to be held for me, and is deeply below value for.the vehicle. If it should be sold, I’ll end up paying over {000.00} for a lesser model.

On XX/XX/21 I received a notification in my email that I added a recipient for XXXX that I did not add. Then there was a transfer out of my account for {0.00} to this person ( XXXX XXXX ) I called USAA immediately and said I did not complete or authorize this transaction, the representative found another unauthorized transaction approx. 7 days prior that I received no notice of. It was another XXXX account ( XXXX XXXX ) again for {0.00}. I told USAA that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE NOR WAS I AWARE OF THIS. I never sent these payments and I have no idea who these people are. I asked what I could do to secure my account and I was told ” change my username and password ”. Then, a few hours later, my husbands ( same account ) information was used- it was not his email that was used- and he was fraudulently registered on XXXX and within 2 minutes, money was sent to XXXX XXXX ( we don’t know who this is and my husband has NEVER used XXXX ). In fact, he was sitting next to me on the couch when USAA said this transaction was made!!! We did NOT authorize this and we have no idea how our accounts could have been hacked. I contacted USAA again and we submitted another fraud claim however we were told yesterday XX/XX/21 that our EFCM claim was denied! How is this possible!
