FIIVE MINTUES LATER AFER CALLING TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING NO AFTER I ALERTING USAA BANKING OUR COMPUTER HAD A VIRSE AND HAD BEEN HIGHJACKED. AND PROVSAL CREDIT FROM USSA ON A DISPUT OF {0.00} AND {0.00} WTH XXXX XXXX GOT REVERSE LEFT MY ACCOUNT IN NEGATIVE STATUS AFER DOING RESERARCH I CLEARED THE NEGATIVE ACCOUNT AFTER THAT SOME IDENTITY SOMETHING HAPPEN NOT SURE HOWEVER I LEARNED MY ACCOUNT WAS {00.00} DOLLARS NEGATIVE XX/XX/XXXX XXXX A PURE MISTAKE OF A DUPLIC EDD UNEMPLOYMENT CHECK BY MISTAKE I STILL HOLD THE CHECK THAT SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN DEPOSIT. BUT DUE TO RACIAL PROFILING AND I BELIEVE I DID NOT RECEIVE THE SAME CURTOIUS A XXXX XXXX PERSON WOULD HAVE THEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO DEPOSIT THE RIGHT CHECK IN TO THE ACCOUNT THEN THIS CASE TURN INTO IDENTITY FRAUD. BUT BEEN WITH THEM FOR 4YRS NOT BEING ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO ACCOUNT LEAVES US IN A VULNERABLE SITUATION OF NOT KNOWING WHATS ACTUALLY GOING ON WITH MY ASSESTS AND NOR CAN I PAY NEED NECESSARY BILLS FOR MEANS OF LIVING THANK YOU HIGHY RESPECTABLE VETERAN

I have a history of usaa doing shady practices on my account. I have a scheduled transaction on my account every pay day. Usaa decided to do the transaction a day early when my funds were low and hit me with a {.00} fee. This was a scheduled transaction! I feel this isnt right and I hope usaa fixes it, refunds the fee.
