My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports.
Despite the multiple previous written requests, the unverified accounts listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. The 3 Credit Bureaus have failed to comply with air Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time set forth by law and continued reporting of unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes. These statuses are damaging to my report, which would not be happening if the bureaus are investigated properly before posting derogatory information.
