Being charged monthly “Broadcast tv fee” while account and service on seasonal or vacation hold from 10.15.2018 to 04.20.2019

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Not charge the fee.

Explain to contracted customers about this fee during seasonal / vacation hold periods.

Refund charges to my account.
