I made a booking for a unit in Puerto Rico and upon arriving the place was entirely trashed. After hours the host instructed us to go to a different unit and then the next morning the host changed the locks with our personal property STILL INSIDE. We had to wait hours for them to come to let us back in and then insisted we go stay at a different property. We told them we were going to have to go through air bnb because we did not feel like the hosts were safe or trustworthy. Then, AirBnB refused to give us our money back after all that. We took pictures and everything so now we have to sue them.
