Citibank Complaint

I had a best buy credit card which is held by Citibank. I made a payment of $5107.04 in which they cashed the check on Feb 11th. The check was sent in with my monthly statement but they say that they dont know where to apply the funds so to this day, March 26th 2019, my acct is showing past due and goes to collections tomorrow. I have called them numerous times as well as opened a dispute and my bank faxed them a copy of the cashed check. They still wont apply it to my acct.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I would like my acct to be zeroed out with the check they cashed plus 10k to me for the stress they have caused me with the harassing collection calls and the damage to my credit that will happen tmrw.
