I sold an item on eBay. The buyer filed a case in PayPal’s resolutiojn Center stating he never received the item. PayPal requested information. I uploaded the trackin gnumber, a photo of the shipping receipt, a screenshot of the positive feedback the buyer left for the transactiona and message requesting positive feedback in return. I also uploaded a screenshot of a message from the buyer stating he’d received the item and forwarded it to China. PayPal still found in his favor and deducted $78 from my account. I’m so frustrated with the stupidty.
