I had an operation overseas and I asked santander consumer USA for loan extension and they gave me extension. But my recovery took longer as I expected and I couldn’t work to pay the car payment. Their representatives called me and I explained my situation and they agreed each month I pay like 100 to 200$ to keep the account current and I did pay even more than we agreed. But they denied these agreement and reported to credit reporting agencies and repossessed my car and cost me so much to release my car again.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
They should refund me the interest charge and late payments and delete reported item into credit reporting agencies
