Tried to cancel service online. They would not cancel. Said had to call in. Call the number given. When following prompts when you push cancel service they hang up. Went round and round with this for 4 months. It was not till stopped paying that got someone to call me. Finally got cancelled but they turnedv2 months payments in on credit.

Correct credit report and pay for damage to credit.
