I had Verizon for 10 years, a couple years ago I fell behind for the first time due to my sons mounting medicalBill’s. I ended up getting cancelled and shut off. They then sent a collection agency whom I paid 20 dollars and said I would every month. Without notice they let my account go into fault never called again and put a bad mark on my credit. Its cost me alot and I now have a hard time getting financed at all. My son has a mental disability and gets social security now, thanks Verizon for my 10 years as a customer you made my credit go to hell.
