Ally Financial Complaint

When I bought my car from the dealership I had 15 hard inquiries against my credit. 4 of which were from ally financial. After only having the car for three months it was in the shop and I had missed two payments. They repossessed it from the shop. We received a letter explaining what we had to pay to be in good standing with ally(still have letter) over 2,000. After I paid this amount they still have 1,750 behind in payments. It was stated that I would be in good standing. I’ve called multiple times and I keep getting the run around. That 1750 is getting daily interest and I told them they need to call me to resolve.when I call I’m transferred, hung up on or just kept on hold.i still make my payments. I have all letters stating that I should not owe any of the 1750
