Sprint Complaint

I returned Sprint equipment the 3rd day of having it and their policy is return in 30 days for full refund. It’s been a little over a month and I have not received my refund for the device I returned and they keep charging me for the monthly plan for which I don’t have service with them.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund.
