I activated my phone over the phone and when I went to pay my bill my all of my information was wrong… 8 digit PIN, name on my account, address, and even my answer to the test question was wrong so now they won’t let me get into my account but they will allow me to pay my bill without any of that information then o had to go to multiple stores for then only to tell me the same thing I would like my money back for my time and gas that was wasted and my money for the first month that I activated the phone and this second month that I was forced to pay because they won’t let me take my phone number to another carrier it’s been a real inconvenience
