When getting services we were told they would pay for our Direct Tv contract to cancel services. This was never taken care of no matter how many calls or filled out forms. We did not receive all channels promised or our gift card. We did not continue services and now i have a collection from Direct Tv they didnt pay and from spectrum. This is now effecting my credit report and it should have been taken care of.
