Comcast Complaint

My complex ([…], WPB, Fl.) switched to Atlantic Broadband, my install was on March 19th.

I paid Comcast $96.86 on February 19th, So, why is Comcast billing me $61.68? On their invoices, there is no Service Dates listed and NO IDEA what this invoice could possibly be for. They don’t say.

It is obvious that they jacked our rates WITHOUT Notice when the complex switched, and now it seems they are billing all of us an extra payment which we do not owe knowing that even slimy scams like this one appears to have a success rate that compensates them until they’re caught. Please, Catch Them!
