Never clearly stated in writing that bedroom was accessible or not to Handicapped guests, and in fact was even too difficult for my Boyfriend who was not handicapped.

Room was up narrow steep steps in an Attic.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Refund, now.

Require all Hosts to detail accessibility to bedrooms for rent.

Inform potential guests in writing, in bold Red writing that room is or is not Handicapped accessible.
