my flight was delayed so i will not able to catch my flight. So they me to rebook or refund. I had cancelled my flight. But the thing is i have already checked in my luggage. They have not returned me my bag, they told they will fedex me. But i have not received my bag. It has valuable items.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
