I purchased an iphone 7plus with a monthly plan I wasn’t told internet wouldn’t work if I was On a phone call, nor that txt messaging wouldn’t work while
I was in a phone call so basically while I am on a phone call I have no access to internet or text messaging, my monthly payment is $92!!!!!!! For such a basic service for one line, and they keep telling me they will add next month the appropriate services but continue charging me $92 a month
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Is like to end it all with no penalty, I should have not have to pay them one more dime as they have robbed me $92 monthly fir services that are not provided.
