I was given a discount for returning my previous iPhone. They aren’t honoring that agreement. I have called 8 times spending hours of my time trying to rectify the situation.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
Billing correction and inconvenience payment. I would also like to cancel my service with that company.
