I moved from fellsmere florida to miami and i requested a service move to my new address but DIRECT TV couldn’t offered me the services due to a reception and the landlord restrictions.i explained them ,the tech went on may 9 2019 to install the services and he couldn’t of course.he documented the issue.Direct tv and att told me to give the boxes back on an ups location which i did and they still charged me for services and cancellation on june 2 .i have over draft fees and everything they charged me 460 for cancellation.
