I booked a place with them 12/6/2018 and today the sent me a cancellation text with zero explanations. I am sick of companies and host being protected and having rules we need to follow but who protects the consumer? Not even a credit towards another booking just told me they cant help me. I’m extremely stressed and upset that my plans are ruined and the suffer no consequences.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem? (optional)
I’m not sure originally I just wanted help finding another place or a credit for next booking but now I dont know if theres enough money to compensate for wedding trip being ruined I cant find a place for 19 20 July
